The depository was compiled and developed by R. H. White and A. M. Fuller of the Forest Service - Forest Products Laboratory (FPL). R. H. White is the Team Leader for the Fire Research for Safe and Durable Wood Structures Research Team of the Durability and Wood Protection Research Work Unit. A. M. Fuller is the operator of the cone calorimeter at FPL. Dr. Mark A. Dietenberger is a scientist in the team with responsibilities for research in fire growth.
